Despite the wonderful location, this place has not been looked after enough and mold smell has invaded many rooms. It has been complex to find a room with breathable air. The food is really good. It will take lots of effort to make it great again and maybe get a license for the bar as it is hard to go anywhere because of the isolation.

Place is very far from the ooty town and only experienced drivers could drive to the place. If you plan to come self driving be very careful and they have very little parking space. Views are good but rooms are very small for the price. The resort is calm as it is situated isolated but there are no activities present and it would start boring after a while. The facility on a whole is a small one.

The resort is located in a beautiful and peaceful place away from the busy town (Should take a deviation at 10th hair pin curve) the place and the rooms were clean. The staff were kind, polite, friendly and helpful. Last but not the least, the food was amazing - order anything in veg or non veg - they cook really great and they tasted amazing including the complementary breakfast. I definitely recommend this resort to everyone and you can take your family without any worries. This place will be my preference when I revisit Ooty again.

It’s a wonderful place for a getaway, it is far from the town and need an experienced driver to get to this place, it gets tedious if it rains to drive to destination. The food is amazing and the view is wonderful. A quiet place, good service and very accommodating. It’s next a mini waterfalls.

Amazing place amazing location right on the cliff with a waterfall view from the resort. They put fire at night in the outdoors and also have barbecue. Breakfast is complimentary. It is 15 mins away from crowded ooty. The road is good but a bit narrow would suggest reaching the place before 6.30pm. No shops close by but they have an in house kitchen which serves good food Indian and Chinese

PLEASE DONT STAY HERE, DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. First of all this place is far away from the town. If u are there for the climate you are not going to get that. The own who claims to be the owner/manager makes the stay miserable,he switches off all lights at night and even told us to be quiet since he has to sleep. Rooms are average and definitely not a good choice for family. Please avoid this place there are plenty of stays around. I stayed there like a year before but i forgot to give this review...recently i went again to ooty and then i remembered how worse was my last trip due to this stay

Starting from the parking - very narrow parking, no much space. U need to climb down the flight if stairs to the reception and then further down to the rooms. Definitely this place is not suitable for senior citizens. If ur with frnds or couple then it should be fine. The rooms are below average and bathroom is very very small - I even saw a big spider next to the towel. Usually any resorts will supply amenities as refreshments. Here u get nothing for the money u pay - just a kettle. Food is good but its costly and the quantity is very less. Well mannered staffs. They were very humble and helped in carrying our heavy luggage without any hesitation. This is not a place where I'll visit again. Thanks.
